Free service scope

Askfolia offers a free, deliberately capped guided-questionnaire service. Adults can create a verified account while registration and capacity are available. Respondents can answer a shared link without an account. There is no subscription or payment. Billing, teams, response notifications, webhooks and experimental Canvas are outside the public service.

Service limits

At launch, Askfolia supports at most 25 activated accounts in total, including the service administrator, and five newly verified creator accounts per UTC day. Each creator can have up to three live questionnaires and accept up to 100 responses per UTC calendar month. The service can accept at most 2,500 responses per month, store at most 300 responses per creator and 3,000 responses in total, and applies additional finite content, image and email limits.

Shared capacity is not reserved for individual accounts and can fill before an individual limit is reached. Stored-response limits do not reset each month. Registration, collection or another write can be refused or paused when a personal, shared, provider or safety limit is reached. Deleting content does not refund monthly usage, and deleting an account does not refund shared usage or daily activation counts.

Appropriate participation

Share only information needed for the purpose stated in the questionnaire. Do not submit passwords, payment details, government identifiers, health information or other sensitive material. Do not upload content you lack permission to use, impersonate others, send abusive material or attempt unauthorized access.

Responsibilities when sharing a questionnaire

Each creator must state the questionnaire’s purpose and intended audience before sharing it, request only necessary information, and protect answers and exports under applicable privacy rules. Each use must have an appropriate respondent notice and any required consent. Askfolia is for adults and must not be used to collect children’s personal information.

Participation is voluntary. You can leave before submitting; required questions are needed only if you choose to complete the questionnaire. Submitting an answer is not consent to unrelated marketing.

Abuse and service protection

Askfolia may pause collection, close registration, suspend an account or remove access when reasonably needed to address abuse, security, legal duties, capacity or service protection. Suspension keeps account content and does not release an account place. A creator can request permanent deletion through account settings, subject to the deletion and recovery records described in Privacy.

Availability and changes

Features and limits may change, and registration or collection can be paused or unavailable. Askfolia does not guarantee continuous availability or a general support response time. Material changes to these notices will be dated and explained on these pages before taking effect. If a new use of personal information requires consent, we will request it before that use.
